I'm a solution architect and engineering lead based in Amsterdam, with over a decade of experience building digital products and leading technical teams.
At Talpa Network, I've spent more than eight years working on platforms used by millions of people, from audio and video streaming services to a shared web platform powering some of the Netherlands' best-known media brands.
Over the years, my focus has evolved from writing code and designing systems to leading teams and shaping technical direction. I enjoy bringing people together, simplifying complexity, and creating an environment where engineers can take ownership and do their best work.
I still love technology, but I've learned that building great teams is just as rewarding as building great software.
Outside of work, you'll often find me running along Amsterdam's canals, training for my next challenge, or supporting causes that matter to me.

Outside Work
Early mornings, long distances
Running has become an important part of my life.
There's something about heading out early, when the city is still quiet, that helps me clear my head. Whether it's an easy run along the canals or training for a race, I enjoy the challenge of getting a little better every day.
Running has taught me a lot about patience, consistency, and the value of showing up, even when things get difficult.
Amsterdam Marathon, 4:03:38
In October 2026, I completed my first marathon in Amsterdam.
Four months of training, an unexpected knee injury two weeks before race day, and 42.2 kilometres later, I crossed the finish line in 4:03:38.
What made the experience even more meaningful was raising €1,549 for KWF Dutch Cancer Society, supporting cancer research.
A reminder that the most rewarding challenges are rarely the easiest ones.
